What you will do
- Partner with enterprise financial institutions to design and deploy secure, scalable production solutions.
- Translate regulatory and security requirements (SOC 2, PCI, FFIEC, GLBA) into technical designs and deployment plans.
- Build secure integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.
- Contribute production-grade code and reusable components that evolve into core product capabilities.
- Lead customer deployments, conducting architecture reviews and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to influence the roadmap based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software or solutions engineer.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade systems in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in multiple modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript, Go).
- Hands-on experience with APIs and authentication/authorization (OAuth, mTLS, SAML).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid or on-prem deployment models.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience working with banks, credit unions, or payment networks.
- Familiarity with core banking systems or financial data flows.
- Exposure to risk management, audit, or vendor due diligence processes.
- Experience participating in security reviews or regulatory exams.
