What you will do

• Lead the technical lifecycle from discovery to production deployment for commercial customers.
• Write and prototype custom Python code and API integrations during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase.
• Architect end-to-end solutions and handle technical objections during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with technical partners to fine-tune models on customer data.
• Define technical scope, compute resourcing, and TCO to mitigate deployment risk.
• Synthesize field intelligence and provide critical product feedback to internal Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Proven proficiency in Python for enterprise application development and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on background.
• Ability to translate complex AI and IDP concepts into business value for stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Exposure to IDP, RPA, OCR, or ML-based document processing.
• Enterprise integration experience with APIs and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
