What you will do

• Conduct deep dive analyses of processes and procedures to identify control gaps and improvement areas.
• Perform gap analysis between current processes, procedures, and desired future states.
• Develop and present recommendations for process improvements and operational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor impact.
• Assess changes for compliance with regulations and standards, documenting working papers clearly.
• Elevate issues to management, challenge risk assessments, and align with other control functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience in documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business processes in operational or asset management environments.
• Strong background in fund services or Big 4 firm with control improvement knowledge.
• Proven track record of delivery in Financial Services, including project/change management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills at executive level.
• Ability to analyze complex processes, create documentation and diagrams, and drive continuous improvement.
