What you will do

• Analyze user behavior, engagement, and app performance using BigQuery.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor user acquisition, retention, and in-app behaviors.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build predictive models for churn prediction, user segmentation, and LTV estimation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for new features and marketing strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports using Looker or Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably with mobile app data.
• Proficiency with Google BigQuery and SQL.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Exposure to app tracking tools like Firebase, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
• Experience with Google Cloud tools such as Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of experimental design, causal inference, or App Store Optimization (ASO).
