Location: Remote and based in the USA, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA, or San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, CA and surrounding areas

Salary: $155,520–$228,700 (depending on location tier)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to inform sales strategies and drive measurable improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools using SQL and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Communicate complex analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Refine metrics, measurement frameworks, and data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data science or advanced analytics
• Expert-level SQL and dashboarding proficiency (Looker, Tableau)
• Advanced programming in Python or R
• Deep experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations
• Experience supporting GTM and Sales organizations
• Proven ability to synthesize complex problems into actionable insights
• Collaboration with cross-functional partners including engineers and analysts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with productionizing ML models in cloud environments
• Experience with Git, data visualization, feature engineering
• Work in enterprise B2B SaaS, mathematical optimization, ETL
• Generative AI, deep learning, influencing senior leadership
• Master's or PhD in quantitative field
