What you will do
- Handle customer service inquiries through chats and emails.
- Ensure compliance with all established internal protocols.
- Validate and issue courtesies and retentions to players.
- Review and report sports betting and casino activity.
- Identify and report accounts exhibiting suspicious activity.
- Manage interaction reassignments to other specialized teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service BPO.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or currently pursuing studies.
- Empathy and assertive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the iGaming industry.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
