What you will do

• Handle incoming product and technical inquiries from customer-facing teams.
• Maintain and update approved technical answers in a centralized database.
• Coordinate change requests for product documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Review technical documentation and video scripts for clarity and feature alignment.
• Manage ad-hoc projects related to technical releases and content localization.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear messaging.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing requests across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proactive approach to engaging with technical experts.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cambridge, UK for hybrid work.
