What you will do

• Administer end-to-end payroll cycles for UK and USA, including gross-to-net calculations and reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with HMRC (UK) and IRS/State Agencies (USA).
• Manage payroll onboarding for new hires, including tax codes and pensions.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll outputs and internal audits.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors to ensure SLA and data accuracy.
• Maintain payroll KPIs and performance dashboards for management.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of UK PAYE/NIC, pension auto-enrolment, and HMRC processes.
• Knowledge of US federal and state payroll law including FICA, FUTA, and W-4.
• Proficiency with multi-country payroll systems (e.g., Sage) and ERP accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel capabilities including Pivot tables and Vlookups.
• Experience completing payroll audits and preparing documentation for auditors.
