What you will do

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Conduct cost accounting activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs and variances.
• Analyze inventory levels, material usage, and finished goods for accurate valuation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate capture of production and operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Progress toward CPA certification.
• Experience working with financial systems and databases.
