What you will do

• Set priorities and guide a small high-performance data team.
• Own end-to-end pricing operations for domestic tariffs, including launches, changes, margin reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive pricing strategy via competitor intelligence, market analysis, and recommendations to Senior Leadership Team.
• Evolve commercial reporting pipelines for customer switching, sales, marketing, retention, and competitors.
• Deliver growth insights including metrics, funnel analysis, forecasting, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and other teams on forecasting, KPIs, margin analysis, and strategic support.

Requirements

• Proven experience mentoring and developing data professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, margin optimisation, and/or growth analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms and tools (Python, SQL, dbt, Databricks, etc.).
• Strong communication to influence non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Track record of actionable insights driving business impact.
