What you will do

• Guide and mentor the cross-functional team in designing and delivering high-quality products using Agile methodologies.
• Consider architectural and non-functional requirements to build scalable, high-availability systems.
• Develop and optimize services, APIs, and web components across the full technology stack.
• Implement continuous improvement practices for a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements

• Significant experience with C#, .NET Core, Mongo/SQL, domain-driven design, and MVC.
• Strong web development skills with Angular/React/Vue.js and RESTful HTTP APIs with JSON.
• Thorough knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, TDD, test frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Proven record in scalable, high-performing middle-tier components; Entity Framework Core; message queues like RabbitMQ/SQS.
• Agile/SCRUM/SAFe experience, strong communication, motivation, and drive.

Nice to have

• E-commerce and/or financial services experience.
