What you will do

• Lead technical execution of the Education Hub platform to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with roadmap priorities.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical health, triaging backend issues and diagnosing data gaps.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications, architectural designs, and implementation plans.
• Champion modern software development practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and rigorous QA processes.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate third-party SaaS tools, APIs, and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web development experience.
• Senior Frontend or Full-stack experience with CMS-driven organizations, headless architectures, and component libraries.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, version control, and API integrations.
• Ability to work flexibly across UK and US time zones to collaborate with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically WordPress in decoupled/headless architectures.
• Experience working in high-regulation or safeguarded user environments.
