What you will do

• Develop and maintain an automation opportunity map, identifying AI use cases to reduce manual effort in CS analytics and WFM workflows.
• Design and own global mechanisms (Data → Dashboard → Alert → Playbook) for domains such as Service Analytics and Workforce Productivity.
• Lead deep-dive root cause and causal analyses to explain KPI movements and evaluate the impact of operational changes.
• Partner with Forecasting and Capacity Planning teams on scenario planning for product launches and new region onboarding.
• Act as a steward for KPI definitions, semantic layers, and core Customer Service reporting datasets.
• Mentor junior analysts in analytical thinking, data quality, and responsible AI implementation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or operations strategy, preferably within global contact centers.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, dashboarding, and metric modeling.
• Strong statistical reasoning and experience managing stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Proven automation-first mindset with a track record of removing manual steps through repeatable mechanisms.
• Must be based in Halifax, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with causal inference methods, experimental design, or forecasting validation.
• Knowledge of data platform concepts, including ETL/ELT, semantic modeling, and data observability.
• Practical exposure to AI/ML/GenAI for anomaly detection, forecasting enhancements, or automated narratives.
• Familiarity with low-code automation and API-based integrations.
