Summer Internship - Continuous Process Improvement / Quality Assurance (Engineering)

TL;DR

Continuous Process Improvement / Quality Assurance Intern (Engineering): Supporting Continuous Process Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives within the TIC industry with an accent on procedure observations and process mapping. Focus on performing quality audits, root cause analysis, and documenting best practices for calibration and lab testing teams.

Location: On-Site in Marietta, GA. Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export controls

What you will do

• Partner with calibration and lab testing teams to support process improvement projects.
• Conduct analysis procedure observations and detailed process mapping.
• Perform quality audits and root cause analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation and reporting support.
• Apply TIC industry standards and process improvement initiatives in a hands-on environment.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time student, ideally pursuing a Technical or Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for ITAR compliance.
• Proactive approach with a curious and analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills.
