What you will do

• Roll out and maintain the Data Governance framework and related management policies.
• Maintain the Data Catalogue, Data Taxonomy, and data ownership records (RACI matrices).
• Identify and monitor Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and conduct data quality assessments.
• Track and remediate data issues and support data maturity reporting.
• Develop data governance training materials and management scorecards.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to embed governance principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, risk, business, or a related field.
• CDMP from DAMA or a similar recognized qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, risk management, or compliance, preferably within financial services.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid).
• Ability to meet the requirements of a Controlled Function (CF) role under the CBI Fitness & Probity regime.
