What you will do

• Lead and scale the Data Engineering and Analytics units, including the financial analytics team.
• Oversee the architectural development, scaling, and maintenance of the company's DWH using ClickHouse, Airflow, and dbt.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize DE pipelines and automate analytical processes within the crypto domain.
• Build end-to-end analytics and automate attribution, segmentation, and data-driven marketing campaign optimization.
• Expand the reporting ecosystem using Apache Superset and establish high standards for Data Governance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and managing robust DWH architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of engineers and analysts.
• Deep technical expertise in ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices.
• Proficiency in MarTech and experience in automating analytics to drive business growth.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a practical interest in applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows.
• Experience in or a strong passion for the Crypto/FinTech industry.
