What you will do

• Break down complex product or business problems into clear technical components and actionable implementation steps.
• Design, build, and refine end-to-end systems using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and cloud-based coding agents.
• Configure and maintain AI-assisted development workflows, including agents, context blocks, and automation pipelines.
• Develop early prototypes, internal tools, APIs, and small applications for the company ecosystem.
• Contribute to new startup incubation and overall developer workflow initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in software engineering, ML, mobile, or systems.
• Proven experience integrating AI tooling into professional development workflows.
• Ability to build end-to-end products, tools, prototypes, and integrations.
• Entrepreneurial or operator mindset with a high degree of autonomy.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML model development.
• Experience building SDKs or developer-facing tools.
• Background in early-stage startups or founder-like roles.
• Exposure to robotics, DoD, or applied sciences.
