What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes within the scope of ongoing projects.
• Create reports and technical specifications for developing additional software functionality.
• Support senior and middle Business Analysts in clarifying requirements with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of product functionality for customers.

Requirements

• 8+ months of experience as a Business Analyst.
• English: Intermediate level or higher required for client communication.
• Basic SQL knowledge and skills.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and producing structured documentation.
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Background in deploying out-of-the-box CRM/ERP or other enterprise-grade products.
• Experience in FMCG companies, integrators, or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, and TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution structures and marketing activities.
