Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Krakow office).

What you will do

• Identify process improvement and sales training opportunities in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support self-service quote generation.
• Provide field-level assistance for troubleshooting quoting errors and related issues.
• Oversee renewal opportunity and quote generation processes in collaboration with Deal Desk.
• Lead pre-order booking review activities and coordinate with Order Operations.
• Support dunning efforts and manage account statement requests for delinquent customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support, deal management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce and CPQ.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
