What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics at scale.
• Conduct analysis to uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs across business units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into data solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• 2+ years in data analyst, data engineer, or similar role.
• Proven ETL/ELT pipeline development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building Power BI reports from multiple sources.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with ambiguous problems; strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory.
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics.
