What you will do

• Support the development of the global coffee category vision and mid-term value creation plan.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view and identify gaps across price partitions and consumer need spaces.
• Lead competitor benchmarking across product propositions, range strategies, and commercial moves.
• Analyse market dynamics and consumer research to identify emerging needs beyond current boundaries.
• Build and maintain key category trackers across portfolio, competition, pricing, and innovation.
• Assess the performance of key launches to inform future portfolio choices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in product competitiveness, portfolio management, and pricing structures.
• Ability to translate consumer and market insights into clear product recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
