What you will do

• Provide clinical supervision to internal counselors pursuing their Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) credential.
• Monitor and assess the quality of clinical services through fidelity monitoring observations of evidence-based interventions.
• Develop and implement formal patient treatment plans and maintain comprehensive clinical records.
• Facilitate individual and group supervision sessions to provide feedback, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Conduct alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and lead group therapy planning and development.
• Coordinate care with community providers and perform monthly peer file reviews for quality control.

Requirements

• Current Qualified Clinical Supervisor (QCS) recognized by the TN Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Tennessee state regulatory requirements for clinical supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs and typical office equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising counselors in both group and individual settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment.
• Prior experience in facilitating training sessions regarding clinical skills or ethics.
