What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Perform admissions using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate levels of care for the IOP program.
• Deliver program curricula including the Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT for at least 3 hours per day.
• Develop clinical documentation, including patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the recovery care team and clinical supervisors to empower patient functioning.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with state regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters level degree required.
• Active licensure: LCDP, CADC, or PADC required.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse populations and treatment planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a medical office environment.
