What you will do

• Oversee site contracting, investigator/site budget processes, and financial management at regional and global levels, including template development and standardization.
• Line manage site contracts team, allocate resources, forecast workloads, and plan for new business and ongoing studies.
• Support review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts, budgets, and agreements; escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Report and analyze contract and budget metrics like productivity, cycle times, and cost performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, maintain data integrity in systems, and identify process improvements.
• Represent as SME in internal, sponsor, and client meetings on contracting and budget strategies.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent, ideally in scientific, healthcare, finance, or business discipline.
• Experience in site contracts and investigator/site budgets in a CRO.
• Experience leading/supporting global budget template development and financial acumen in clinical trials.
• Experience in clinical trial contracts, budgets, financial oversight, and remote people management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, contract databases, budget tools; ability to travel domestically/internationally.

Nice to have

• 5+ years drafting/negotiating CTAs, budgets, managing project/portfolio lifecycle.
• Experience with site contracting/budget strategies, sponsors, grant-funded studies.
• Familiarity with global contracting models and unit-level financial reporting.
