What you will do

• Analyze legacy workflows across Ringier departments, identify bottlenecks, and architect AI-augmented operational pipelines.
• Build, test, and deploy generative AI applications using Google AI Studio and Gemini API.
• Prototype and iterate software rapidly with contextual coding tools like Codex, Gemini, and Claude.
• Lead workshops to train and empower internal teams on AI tools and capabilities.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and system design to launch, iteration, and business impact measurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as full-stack engineer, AI solutions architect, or internal tools engineer in collaborative environments.
• Strong proficiency in contextual coding and building applications with modern LLMs (Gemini, Claude, Codex/OpenAI).
• Exceptional communication skills for educating technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI.
• Strategic mindset for redesigning business operations and handling ambiguity with new tech stacks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Gemini rollouts, advanced prompts in Google AI Studio.
