What you will do

• Establish, implement, and maintain configuration management processes across the engineering lifecycle.
• Govern engineering change control (ECPs/ECOs) to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Manage product structures, Bills of Material (BOM), and configuration baselines within PLM systems.
• Ensure accurate control, versioning, and release of all engineering documentation.
• Maintain configuration status accounting and resolve data discrepancies across systems and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Diploma or Bachelor's).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Configuration Management or Product Data Management across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience supporting engineering design, development, production, and in‑service support environments.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems, specifically SAP PLM and PTC Windchill.
• Background in Aerospace, Defense, or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits within ISO 9001 / AS9100‑compliant environments.

Nice to have

• Certification or formal training in Configuration Management.
