Process Engineer (Aerospace)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Plan machining processes by studying blueprints, 3D models, and material specifications.
• Apply statistical methods and stack-up calculations to optimize manufacturing for safety and cost.
• Generate PFMEA documents and resolve technical issues to maximize process repeatability.
• Produce engineering drawings according to international standards using GD&T knowledge.
• Support the design and modification of tooling and fixtures.
• Manage engineering change proposals (ECP) and maintain configurations in PLM and ERP systems.

Requirements

• UAE National
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace or automotive industries.
• Experience using CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX.
• Familiarity with non-conformance processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in Defense and Oil & Gas industries.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification.
