What you will do

• Own complete propulsion system architectures from concept and sizing through prototyping and deployment for UAV and AAM platforms.
• Lead the development of turbojet, hybrid-electric, and hydrogen fuel cell propulsion systems.
• Design and integrate propulsion hardware, including electrical power systems, fuel systems, and thermal management solutions.
• Drive rapid prototyping cycles using conventional and additive manufacturing and composite structures.
• Define and execute ground and flight test campaigns, leading failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and controls domains.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Propulsion.
• 10+ years of professional experience in propulsion system development.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, AE
