Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (minimum two days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Own and refine the brand voice and tone across campaigns, performance marketing, CRM, product surfaces, and commercial materials.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process for research, ideation, testing, and optimization.
• Translate brand positioning and business objectives into sharp, differentiated messaging.
• Write high-performing copy for digital channels including search, display, paid social, landing pages, and email.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, PR, Product, and UX teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in digital, marketplace, or tech environments.
• Native-level English writing skills with exceptional grammar and editorial judgment.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve quality and creative efficiency.
• Proven experience writing for digital media and iterating based on performance data.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
