What you will do
- Create, implement, and maintain content for the multilingual Help Center and Chatbot channels.
- Support the design and optimization of service communication processes, standard operating procedures, and the internal knowledge base.
- Organize and document communication materials, including photos, videos, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with Support leaders, Digital, and Brand & Experience teams to improve customer service systems.
- Conduct research on communication best practices to enhance omnichannel strategies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands is required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Basic technical knowledge of customer service operations and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Native proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch.
