What you will do

• Build AI agents to automate complex data mapping, schema conversion, and code migration tasks.
• Design configuration agents that auto-generate documentation and environment setups for product deployments.
• Audit Professional Services workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities and perform ROI cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement LLM Ops for PS-specific agentic solutions in coordination with the Central AI Team.
• Lead the strategy and delivery of agentic service offerings by leveraging MCP servers to connect AI agents with enterprise data.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Professional Services delivery or consulting initiatives in a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building AI-enabled workflows and internal accelerators.
• Practical experience implementing generative AI solutions, including RAG and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience using enterprise LLM platforms such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models.

• Background in AI enablement and training.
• Excellent presentation skills for translating complex LLM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
