What you will do

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for Ground Operations, focusing on cost per package (CPP) and productivity.
• Manage transportation margins for First Mile and Middle Mile networks to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Oversee facilities spend across the business, partnering with teams to track budget and identify efficiencies.
• Build operational dashboards and productivity benchmarks to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Act as an embedded finance partner to Ground Ops, Transportation, and Facilities leaders.
• Conduct ROI analysis for capital investments and strategic network optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Significant exposure to operations, supply chain, logistics, last-mile delivery, or transportation.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch to drive executive decisions.
• Experience working in ambiguous, high-growth environments with strict resource constraints.

Nice to have

• Direct FP&A or finance business partner experience embedded within an operations organization.
• Background at a high-growth tech-enabled company or operations-heavy startup.
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
