What you will do

• Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go.
• Implement new microservices and manage migrations from legacy Ruby services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to design technical solutions from requirements.
• Optimize systems for responsiveness, latency, and reliability under heavy load.

Requirements

• 3+ years (5+ for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services.
• Strong experience with Go or similar (Python, C++, Java, Ruby); fundamentals over syntax.
• In-depth knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
