What you will do

• Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go.
• Implement new microservices and manage/migrate legacy services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to create technical designs from requirements.
• Optimise systems for responsiveness, latency, and reliability under heavy load.

Requirements

• 3+ years (5+ for seniors) building and maintaining scalable backend services.
• Strongest language: Go preferred; Python, C++, Java, Ruby acceptable. Fundamentals over syntax.
• In-depth knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
