TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Specialist (Customer Operations): Managing and optimizing customer support processes and guidelines with an accent on quality service delivery and internal documentation. Focus on scaling support operations, mentoring team members, and translating customer insights into actionable product feedback.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga (Hybrid/Onsite options available)
Salary: Gross 1800 – 2300 EUR/month

What you will do
- Own and continuously improve customer support processes, guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on products, ensuring internal documentation reflects all updates and new features.
- Monitor support performance and quality to proactively identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Support and mentor Customer Support team members by sharing best practices and reviewing complex cases.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to translate customer insights into actionable feedback.
- Oversee internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Solid experience in customer support or customer operations.
- Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with customer support tools and documentation systems.
- Location: Presence in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga is required.
