What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers involved in the sheet metal fabrication process.
• Manage operations including CNC turret punching, CNC press brake, and laser cutting.
• Oversee stamping, CNC milling, spot welding, and MIG welding processes.
• Directly supervise a team of 25-30 employees to maintain production standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate large teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Arab Emirates.
