What you will do

• Build scalable, performant, and resilient backend systems supporting critical business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Lead system design and architecture reviews to influence the technical direction of the platform.
• Ensure software quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, inclusive engineering culture.
• Resolve complex production issues and author technical design documents and RFCs.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Expert-level fluency in at least one programming language and strong system design skills.
• Experience designing and operating complex distributed systems in a modern cloud environment.
• Deep knowledge of REST API design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland.
