Legal Counsel to join Radiacode and own the legal function as we grow.
At Radiacode, we design and manufacture advanced pocket-sized radiation detectors used globally by researchers, engineers and tech enthusiasts. Backed by a Cyprus RIF grant and growing fast.
We’re looking for a hands-on Legal Counsel to own and build the legal function as we scale.
What you’ll do:
• Handle corporate, commercial and employment matters (Cyprus + international).
• Draft and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc.).
• Manage external counsel and drive outcomes.
• Support product, regulatory and market expansion (EU, US, global).
• Work on IP, data protection (GDPR), and digital/legal compliance.
• Support cross-border sales, VAT, and general compliance.
We’re looking for:
• Strong experience in at least one area: corporate/commercial, IP/digital, or regulatory.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
• Practical, business-first mindset.
• You don’t need to cover everything from day one, the role will grow with you.
