📌Junior Lawyer / Junior Legal Counsel (Fintech & Brokerage) — Office job vacancy

What you’ll be doing:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (SaaS, service agreements, NDAs, partnerships, payment services agreements)
- Support corporate governance (board docs, resolutions, filings)
- Assist with regulatory compliance in fintech/brokerage operations and liaise with stakeholders and regulators
- Conduct legal research (corporate, financial services, data protection, tech law)
- Support licensing, renewals, and compliance monitoring across jurisdictions
- Work closely with compliance, risk, product, operations, and marketing teams
- Assist with disputes and external counsel coordination when needed

🔎 What we’re looking for:

- Law degree (LLB required; LLM is an advantage)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house exposure preferred)
- Basic understanding of corporate, contract, and financial services regulation
- Familiarity with MiFID II, AML/KYC, and GDPR is a plus
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong English (additional languages such as Greek or Russian are a plus)
- Comfortable with standard office and legal research tools

➕Nice to have:

- Exposure to fintech or brokerage environments
- Understanding of cross-border corporate structures
- Ability to translate legal requirements into clear operational guidance

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (office-based position)
