What you will do

• Design and optimize GenAI-powered search and conversational chatbot experiences for mobile and TV applications.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines combining LLMs with structured and unstructured data.
• Improve model relevance, latency, and response quality using analytics and experimentation.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and UX teams to embed AI components into user-facing applications.
• Contribute to system architecture, model selection, and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with traditional ML systems and GenAI (LLMs, agent frameworks).
• Proven delivery of GenAI-powered search or chatbot solutions in production.
• In-depth understanding of Vector databases, semantic search, and RAG.
• Strong programming expertise primarily in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS Lambda best practices.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model at the Osterley campus in London.
