Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid: 2 days WFH, 3 days office). Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

What you will do
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, promotions, and technical support.
- Educate clients on features, benefits, and usage of trading platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer guidance to resolve client problems.
- Collaborate with teams to address complex needs and escalate unresolved issues.
- Identify improvements and share feedback with the team.
Requirements
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts including night shifts (6-8 hours), weekends, and 5 shifts per week.
- University degree or relevant experience in customer support or HORECA.
- Native or near-native English proficiency; additional languages advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, multitasking under pressure.
- Legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
