Location: Hybrid based in Limassol, Cyprus

hirify.global is an independent game studio developing One State, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game played by millions worldwide.

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of VIP players, from identification and onboarding to retention and reactivation.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of VIP Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute a VIP strategy aligned with the overall product strategy, including loyalty programs and tier systems.
  • Define KPIs for the VIP function and establish robust reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, and monetization teams to create personalized campaigns.
  • Personally manage key VIP accounts to ensure high-level satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in VIP management.
  • At least two years of experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling VIP departments.
  • Strong understanding of the VIP ecosystem.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid format from Limassol, Cyprus.
