TL;DR
Client & Partner Solutions Specialist (Fintech): Providing high-level support and back-office services for a global forex brokerage with an accent on payment investigations and partner relationship management. Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

What you will do
- Handle client and partner inquiries professionally to ensure a personalized and positive experience.
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations and address internal stakeholder requests.
- Investigate transactional issues and confirm payment statuses by liaising with payment service providers (PSPs).
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, internal Code of Conduct, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize MT4/MT5, Salesforce, and Zendesk to manage client data and perform trade investigations.
- Provide operational feedback to improve in-house and third-party software and the overall client journey.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and French, and proficiency in English, is an absolute must.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in client-facing roles within the forex industry.
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms and manager tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and professional communication tools (Slack, Teams).
- Knowledge of payment systems including e-wallets, bank portals, and crypto portals.
- Must possess appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

- Direct or indirect experience in partner support.
- Strong proficiency in trade investigations and resolving financial queries.
