Location: Hybrid (2 days in office recommended, Vilnius office and offices across Europe)
Salary: €3,483 - €4,100 gross per month

What you will do
- Own end-to-end maintenance process across the PUDO network, ensuring high uptime and fast issue resolution.
- Monitor and drive key maintenance KPIs including uptime, MTTR, SLA adherence, first-time fix rate, and cost efficiency.
- Enforce vendor performance, compliance, and governance while holding partners accountable to SLAs.
- Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and lead cost control initiatives.
- Establish maintenance standards, promote safety-first mindset, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain network health visibility through reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network maintenance, field/service operations, or program/project management with KPI accountability and vendor enforcement in multi-market environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTTR, SLA) and service performance management.
- Experience managing external vendors with track record of accountability and performance enforcement.
- Solid analytical skills for data-driven issue identification, process optimization, and cost control.
- Operational discipline with lean mindset, focus on efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
