What you will do

• Set the technical direction and architecture across multiple operations teams to balance stability with speed.
• Solve complex logistics challenges, including parcel volume forecasting, terminal throughput optimization, and real-time driver routing.
• Lead initiatives to improve developer experience by eliminating technical friction and optimizing deployment speed.
• Translate complex business requirements into evolvable technical designs that impact the logistics network's P&L.
• Mentor senior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to ensure systems produce high-quality insights for company-wide decisions.

Requirements

• Broad experience building distributed systems and managing high-level architectural trade-offs.
• Strategic and pragmatic mindset with a focus on iterative delivery of value.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to high standards of system stability and security.
• Operational curiosity; experience in logistics, routing, or hardware integration is a significant plus.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Stockholm, Sweden.
