Solution Architect (Data, Analytics & AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work. Consultant engagements are with enterprise clients across the Nordics.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end platforms spanning cloud foundations, data platforms, and AI solutions.
• Lead discovery with CDOs, CIOs, and Heads of AI; set architecture direction and produce proposals and designs.
• Stay hands-on with code and infrastructure as code to validate designs through implementation.
• Design enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, and AWS.
• Build real-time data repositories, federated data platforms, data products, and enterprise agent platforms.
• Help grow key accounts, develop consultants, and influence the data and AI offering.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with lakehouse architecture on Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, using Azure or AWS.
• Background in data engineering with strong Python and Spark skills that are still used actively.
• Experience as a solution architect or lead consultant in client-facing work, including pre-sales workshops and proposals.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.

Nice to have

• Cloud infrastructure experience covering landing zones, networking, identity and access, Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or FinOps.
• AI architecture experience with RAG, agents, AI gateways, guardrails, and evaluation using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, or similar.
