What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML features focusing on LLM-powered applications.
• Build and integrate solutions using modern LLM tooling and APIs.
• Work with local AI models such as Ollama, LLaMA, and Gemma for private deployments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver AI-driven functionality.
• Develop frontend components using React to support AI-powered user experiences.
• Operate within modern cloud and DevOps environments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering roles.
• Strong Python skills and solid experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompting, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience working with or experimenting with open-weight models.
• Frontend development experience with React.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Sydney CBD.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like .NET, Node.js, or Django.
• Experience building or contributing to SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and scaling AI systems.
