What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business objectives into shippable Agentic AI-powered solutions for strategic customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary technical authority during critical pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployments.
• Synthesize customer pain points and integration patterns to influence the core product roadmap.
• Navigate complex enterprise infrastructure to integrate the platform via custom data connectors and orchestration logic.
• Design and deploy multi-agent systems and fine-tuned models tailored to specific customer data and security requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JS/TS.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and value propositions to both engineering teams and C-suite executives.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Telephony stack knowledge (WebRTC, SIP, SBCs).
• Experience deploying chatbots or voice bots at scale (>10K daily conversations).
