What you will do

• Design and deploy Generative AI solutions to eliminate repetitive work and boost organizational efficiency.
• Modernize the tech stack by fine-tuning LLMs and integrating with MCP servers.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities by balancing customer needs, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and regulatory specialists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize AWS serverless infrastructure and analytics pipelines to ensure security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Take end-to-end ownership of AI projects, iterating quickly based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of deploying generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in .NET and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway).
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Glue and Athena.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks including PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, model fine-tuning, and building data flywheels.
• Relevant degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.

Nice to have

• Experience in UI/UX or frontend development using React and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JAMA or other requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, medical device testing, or AI-hardware integration.
