What you will do

• Lead the mapping of financial processes, identification of key risks, and implementation of internal controls.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Execute controls and follow up on deviations to mitigate the risk of errors.
• Define and build the internal control environment from the ground up to support scaling.
• Work hands-on within the ERP system to optimize financial workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Approximately 6 years of professional experience in finance.
• Background combining 3 years in External Audit and 3 years in a Finance/Industry role.
• Practical expertise in Process, Risk, and Controls (PRC).
• Strong foundation in accounting and the ability to understand the logic behind the numbers.
• Proactive, structured mindset with a "builder" approach.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Copenhagen
